You feel trapped. You feel sad. Above all, you feel lost. You don’t know what to do with yourself. You go to work a former shell of yourself. In fact, it seems to you that you’re running on auto-pilot. You talk to others only when they talk to you first. You eat but only because you’ve gotten used to your mealtime schedule. You go to parties mostly because your friends insisted on dragging you along. You used to be so passionate about many things - heck, almost everything!
